I have followed this page for a while now, and to be honest - I wasn't vegan, I just liked learning and trying the recipes, thinking some day with some time I'd go vegan. But I did make a last minute decision to try the 7 day vegan weight loss challenge. What are we in now, day 2 or 3? Anyway, I woke up this morning and could not BELIEVE the change in my skin! I'm very blotchy most of the time - always fighting redness and without saying anything about it both my husband and daughter complimented how clear my skin looked today (and also that I look less bloated). OMG what will day 7 bring?! (sorry, I don't have any before and after pictures!) One of the reason's I joined was because Nina just looks so beautiful, her skin is amazing!

Day 3 and still staying the course. I am enjoying being with everyone. I am loving the new recipes. I will continue to make them even after the seven days. I started my vegan journey on October 26, 2020 and never looked back. After becoming allergic to eggs and dairy at the age of 55 that sent me to the ER I decided to go vegan. I was not a big meat eater anyways so that was no problem. I feel so much better and don't regret the change.
